Job Description

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies in coordination.
  • Handle queries related to salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Prepare payroll-related MIS reports and analytics as required.
  • Stay updated with changes in Labour laws and statutory regulations affecting payroll.
  • Support the hiring process for Blue Collars & coordinate with internal departments to gather hiring requirements.
  • Schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and assist with Onboarding documentation.
  • Liaise with external payroll and staffing vendors to ensure timely data sharing and service delivery.
  • Vendor management & Coordination performance and resolve issues related to payroll services or hiring partners.
Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate different options.
  • Advance Experience in MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Proactive approach with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance.
  • Demonstrated academic excellence is mandatory. (Preferably above 70% in 10th and 12th)
