current trends in HR compliance, social audits, and payroll.

What you have to do

● Vendor Audit & Compliance (RJC, SMETA, KOHL’S, HIGGS)

● Contract Labour & HR Compliance Management

● Maintaining Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Labour Welfare Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act,

Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Code of Conduct, Code of Wages & Standing

Orders.

● Co-ordinating with internal teams to update/renew Industrial License, Factory License, Trade

License, Fire & Safety License, Shops & Establishment License, Contract Labour License &

Environmental Licenses

● Statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Minimum Wage, Gratuity etc.

● Ensuring compliance with Customer’s Code of Conduct and other required international labour,

social, health and safety, environmental regulations/standards

● Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets & Biometric Attendance Management

● Contractor Wage Bill verification

● Calculate bonuses and allowances

● Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software

● Enter new employees’ data into HRIS Software.

● Managing medical insurance & claims for our employees

● Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

What our client need from you

● MBA/PG/Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.

● Diploma/Certification in Human Resource Management from any institute.

● Preferably from jewellery industry or manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
