Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for all categories of employees (permanent, contractual, operators, engineers, and support staff). Compute salaries, wages, overtime, deductions, incentives, and bonuses accurately. Reconcile payroll with attendance, leave records, and timesheets. Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory benefits. Maintain compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax (PT), Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable labour laws. Assist in handling inspections, statutory audits, and queries from government authorities. Maintain contract labour compliance including registration, records, wage payments, and documentation.
