Job Description

Role: GT Logistics Executive Job Description: To manage end-to-end GT dispatch operations including vehicle arrangement, dispatch tracking, documentation, and coordination with distributors to ensure timely delivery and POD closure. Plan and execute daily GT dispatches in coordination with warehouse and sales teams. Arrange transporters and track vehicle movement till delivery completion. Ensure all dispatch documents (Invoice, Bilty, E-way Bill, POD) are accurate and filed. Follow up with distributors for delivery confirmation and POD submission. Maintain daily dispatch tracker, MIS reports, and highlight any delay or discrepancy. Verify transporter bills and ensure closure of pending PODs. Support process improvements and new SOP implementation for dispatch efficiency. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Sheet/ Microsoft Sheets and ERP systems.
