Accounts Receivable: Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments. o Process domestic and international payments, including wire transfers and electronic fund transfers. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to foreign remittance. Monitor foreign exchange rates and manage currency conversions as needed. Prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve any billing issues. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all receivable’s transactions. 2. Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments. Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and handle any discrepancies. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and manage the AP ledger. 3. Taxation : Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Handle tax-related queries and assist with audits when necessary. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and advise management on their impact. 4. Domestic and Foreign Remittance: Process domestic and international payments, including wire transfers and electronic fund transfers. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to foreign remittance. Monitor foreign exchange rates and manage currency conversions as needed. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare documentation for audits. Generate and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance 8 - 10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and taxation. Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign remittance processes. Proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to taxation and remittance. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and brand presence. Oversee high-quality content creation, including social media posts, articles, presentations, and marketing materials, supported by a dynamic social media calendar to drive audience engagement. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials, aligning with the brand's identity and values. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals while collaborating with creative agencies to deliver innovative designs and assets. Implement and oversee a 360-degree digital strategy across platforms (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn), including SEO, paid campaigns, and geographical boosting to maximize brand awareness, lead generation and ROI. Collaborate with media houses like Vogue, Elle Décor, and others to enhance brand visibility and execute luxury-focused inserts for target audiences. Demonstrate strong business acumen to develop and implement frameworks for performance tracking, analyze results, and optimize budgets to align with business goals. Share detailed reports with stakeholders with actionable insights to align marketing efforts with business goals. Ensure the timely creation of marketing materials, including brochures, renders, and videos, while managing vendor relationships for cost-effective execution. Oversee product photoshoots and video production to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics, working closely with editing teams for desired outcomes. Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives. What skills we are looking for? Education: MBA in Marketing. Experience: Minimum 10-12 plus years of experience in marketing, within the luxury brands Proven track record in marketing to HNIs and managing significant budgets. Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels. Strong understanding of the interior design industry or similar luxury industry is highly preferred. Skills: Exceptional creative vision and a keen eye for detail Deep understanding of luxury branding and marketing strategies and consumer preferences. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Business Development: • Build enduring relationships with B2B partners, such as architects and interior designers. • Develop a continuous lead funnel through business development activities. • Liaise with B2B partners to close deals. Ownership of Leads Until Closure: • Engage with HNI and UHNI clients (prospective and existing), understand their requirements, suggest the right natural stones and close deals. • Take full ownership of leads (generated through B2B partners or marketing channels) from the first touchpoint to closure. • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction. Reports and Analysis: • Track and review actual sales results and match them against the set business targets. • Analyze periodic reports to identify market trends. Continuous Learning and Development: • Continuously acquire & update understanding of industry dynamics & consumer buying behavior. • Periodic self-training for communication and closing deals with India’s Fortune 500 families.
