We are seeking an experienced HR - Learning & Development (L&D) Manager with specialized expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to oversee the management and optimization of our LMS platform, and the creation and maintenance of high-quality learning content. This role is responsible for ensuring that all employee training activities are properly recorded in the LMS, and will drive the creation of engaging, impactful training programs that enhance employee learning experiences. The ideal candidate will also have
experience in the manufacturing or energy sector, as the role will involve developing technical training content in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).

experience in LMS administration and content development.
o Proven experience managing and configuring LMS platforms (e.g.,
Moodle, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
o Strong background in instructional design and creating e-learning
content (using tools like Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
o Experience in the management of digital learning tools and content
delivery across a variety of formats (e.g., e-learning, video-based
learning, quizzes).
o Advanced proficiency in LMS administration, configuration, and
troubleshooting.
o Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate
Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
o Strong project management skills, including content development and
course rollout.
o Analytical skills to track, measure, and report on LMS data and training
effectiveness.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate
with SMEs and stakeholders effectively.
