LMS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead LMS Implementation Projects for enterprise customers from initiation to go-live.

Engage with clients to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Perform system configuration and conduct hands-on demonstrations of LMS features and workflows.

Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training as needed.

Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between project teams, business users, and technical teams.

Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to drive project milestones and ensure successful delivery.

Maintain detailed project documentation, status updates, and provide proactive updates to leadership.

Ensure projects follow standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and quality practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

28 years of experience in LMS implementation as a Business Consultant or Functional Analyst.

Prior hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), Saba, SuccessFactors, Moodle, or similar LMS platforms is mandatory.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – must be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Strong skills in requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, UAT planning, and client demos.

A good understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.

Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.

Experience working in a customer-facing role with a consultative mindset.
