Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist to support our business development and lead generation efforts. The successful candidate will leverage LinkedIn’s advanced tools to identify, connect, and engage with targeted prospects, driving meaningful conversations that contribute to business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proven expertise in LinkedIn networking and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Effectively utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and qualify high-value leads.
2. Design and execute tailored outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers and stakeholders.
3. Maintain and grow professional connections through structured follow-ups and relationship management.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on prospecting strategies and messaging.
5. Conduct industry and competitor research to strengthen targeting and positioning.
6. Optimize company and individual LinkedIn profiles for enhanced visibility and credibility.
7. Track, analyze, and present outreach and conversion performance reports to management.
8. Stay current with LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and best practices to continually refine strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist or Sales Navigator Expert in lead generation, business development, or B2B sales.
2. Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and account-based marketing strategies.
3. Excellent communication, networking, and professional outreach skills.
4. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead tracking and reporting.
5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in digital marketing, business development, or sales enablement roles.
2. Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and paid campaign management.
3. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
4. Prior experience working with international clients across industries.
