Job Description

Job Role: Outbound Process Executive IDFC FIRST Bank (Loan Sales)

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
Maintain positive customer interaction and follow service guidelines.
Achieve daily and monthly targets as assigned by the team.
Maintain call records and update customer information accurately.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
Good verbal communication skills.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

In-hand salary: 14,500 per month.
Unlimited incentives based on performance.
