Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles such as sales agents, property managers, and administrative staff. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT). Address employee queries related to compensation and resolve discrepancies promptly. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure accurate payroll processing. Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the real estate industry. Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software. Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Skills: Experience in bulk hiring and attrition management. Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of real estate industry-specific HR practices.
