Job Description

Title: HR Manager : Operations, Admin & Compliance

Company: HARP

  • Ensure seamless

    onboarding & induction

    of new hires with complete documentation and policy briefings.
  • Maintain and implement

    HR policies

    aligned with business goals, ensuring employee communication and adherence.
  • Oversee

    exit formalities

    , F&F settlements, and conduct structured exit interviews.
  • Manage

    attendance and leave

    policies, ensuring accurate payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end

    payroll management

    and employee query handling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing/payment of

    PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF

    , and other

    statutory dues

    ; maintain all compliance documentation.
  • Handle generation of

    HR letters

    (offer, appointment, relieving, etc.) and employee file management.
  • Organize

    employee engagement activities

    , internal branding initiatives, and cultural events.
  • Manage

    disciplinary issues

    , behavioral concerns, and grievances in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance of

    subcontracted staff

    , including onboarding documentation and periodic audits.

Internal Recruitment Management

  • Lead the

    entire hiring lifecycle

    from job posting to offer rollout.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of roles.
  • Provide regular hiring reports and pipeline status updates to leadership.

Freelancer Engagement & Management

  • Allocate open mandates to freelance recruiters and ensure clarity of requirements.
  • Act as a SPOC for coordination, interviews, profile feedback, and offer management.
  • Build strong engagement with freelancers through regular support and motivation.

Performance Management

  • Conduct weekly

    1:1 performance reviews

    with recruiters.
  • Set individual goals aligned with team targets and monitor achievement.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

Daily Reporting & Review

  • Share daily

    morning recruitment status reports

    with Directors.
  • Review

    evening tracker reports

    from recruiters for accuracy and completeness.
  • Regularly review recruiter

    Frejun calls (2 per week per recruiter)

    and share feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 - 8 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and internal hiring.
  • Sound understanding of

    Indian labor laws

    and statutory audits.
  • Proven recruitment experience across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with

    GreytHR

    ,

    MS Excel

    , and compliance systems.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
