Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new-hire documentation.
  • Support orientation activities and ensure smooth integration for new employees.
  • Help in completing exit formalities, documentation, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal systems.
  • Prepare HR reports, documents, and letters (offer letters, internship letters, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
