Role & responsibilities Manage legal and secretarial aspects of public issues and private placement of debt securities by companies / InVits;Manage legal and secretarial aspects of buybacks of listed equity securities by companies;Handle routine corporate legal documentation such as NDAs, services agreement, etc.Drafting and review of various debt transaction related documents such as PPM, DTD, GID, KID, DTA, Security documents, registration formalities, etc. Provide guidance and support to the clients in conforming to the pre and post listing requirements and secretarial compliances for such debt issuances.Ensure all regulatory submissions / filing are done in time and record is maintained Ensure new circulars released by regulators i.e. SEBI/Stock Exchanges are reviewed, discussed and implemented (Guide various teams, make plan and ensure implementation) Manage relationships with regulators and handle regulatory inspection / observations in respect of the Company activities.Ensure timely completion of Internal/External Audits Assist in various compliance matters / opinions in day-to-day activitiesManaging customer (internal) queries in a timely manner to resolve grievancesSkillsKnowledge in Securities Laws and Company LawExpertise in liaison work with various exchanges (SEBI)Excellent communicationSolution OrientationPositive AttitudeDecision Making abilityQualificationQualified as Company Secretary with LLB (MUST)
