Maintain communication existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM sheet. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Generate sales reports and forecasts for review by the sales manager. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to sales process optimization. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with team. A customer-focused approach and dedication to providing exceptional service. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
