• Payroll management
• Conduct joining formalities, document collection, and employee orientation sessions.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
• Manage employee separations, exit interviews, full & final settlements and clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
• Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams to ensure error-free salary processing &expenses processing.
• Resolve employee payroll and attendance queries promptly.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution while maintainingconfidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops &Establishment Act, etc.).
• Maintain HR and compliance documentation as per audit requirements.
• Educate employees about company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Assist in the implementation of appraisal cycles and probation confirmations.
• Support managers and employees with goal-setting and performance reviewdocumentation.
• Maintain and update HR records, HRMS data, and employee databases.
• Prepare periodic HR reports, headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.
• Act as a communication bridge between onsite employees and corporate HR.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle employee relations effectively.
