Job Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates.
Coordinate induction, training, and development programs in line with departmental needs.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and ISO/IATF-related documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and welfare activities.
Prepare and manage payroll inputs, salary revisions, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Coordinate with contractors for manpower planning, attendance, billing, and compliance records.
Maintain MIS reports including recruitment status, attrition, training, and other HR metrics.
Assist in conducting performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and exit processes.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle plant-level HR activities.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems, and report preparation.
Positive attitude, confidentiality awareness, and willingness to work in a manufacturing setup.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree or MBA in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management.
35 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing/automotive industry.
