Talent Acquisition Executive – Job Description (0–1 Year Experience)Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Executive will support the recruitment process and help the organization attract suitable candidates for various roles. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn. The candidate should have good English proficiency and an MBA in HR or a related field. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Support Assist in managing the initial stages of the recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing resumes, and screening candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and track applications in the recruitment system. 2. Sourcing & Talent Identification Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases. Build a basic talent pipeline for entry-level and junior roles. Learn and apply basic Boolean search techniques. 3. Candidate Communication ,Communicate with candidates professionally and clearly via email and phone. Provide candidates with updates regarding interview schedules and next steps .Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience. 4. Documentation & Reporting Update recruitment trackers and maintain accurate data. Prepare simple reports such as daily/weekly hiring status or sourcing updates. 5. Employer Branding Support Participate in small-scale employer branding activities such as social media posts, campus hiring events, and job fairs (if required). Qualifications Education MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred). Experience0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR internships, or related roles. Freshers with relevant internships or strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply. Skills Good English communication skills (written and spoken). Basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is an advantage. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Personal Attributes Eager to learn and grow in the HR field. Professional, confident, and well-presented. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
