Desired Candidate Profile – HR Executive (Loan DSA)Position: HR Executive Industry: Loan DSA / Financial Services Experience: 1 to 4 years in HR operations, recruitment, or admin roles (BFSI preferred) Education: Graduate in HR/Commerce/Management; MBA–HR preferred 1. Core Experience RequiredHands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for: Telecalling Staff Sales Executives Back-office roles Experience in screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding Understanding of PF/ESI compliance, attendance management, leaves, salary inputs (added advantage) Should have worked with DSA, NBFC, bank, or similar sales-driven environment 2. Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication skills in Hindi & English Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to evaluate candidates effectively through telephonic interviews Basic understanding of payroll inputs, HR policies, and documentation Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/HRMS tools Ability to maintain employee records, KYC, and compliance files Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities 3. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates for sales & telecalling teams Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews Manage joining formalities, documentation, and HR files Handle attendance, leaves, and discipline management Coordinate with management for manpower planning Maintain employee database and prepare HR-related reports Assist in creating HR policies, appraisal data, and training plans Support daily office administration when required Ensure smooth employee relations and issue resolution 4.
