We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join MetaBull Universe. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and support overall organizational growth. The role also involves coordination with different teams, assisting management in project execution, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. 🟩 Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionCreate job descriptions, manage postings, and source suitable candidates. Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and onboarding. 2. Employee Onboarding & DocumentationHandle new joiner documentation, orientation, and induction process. Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation compliance. 3. Attendance, Payroll Assistance & LeavesMonitor attendance, leaves, and shift schedules. Coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs and corrections. 4. HR Policies & ComplianceAssist in implementing HR policies, company rules, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. 5. Employee Engagement & SupportPlan team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs. Act as a support system for employee concerns and grievance handling. 6. Performance ManagementAssist managers in monitoring employee performance. Maintain appraisal records and help prepare monthly performance reports. 7. Team & Project CoordinationWork closely with management to allocate tasks to team members. Track project status, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain workflow updates. Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth communication and execution. 📌 About MetaBull Universe – Team & Project Management RoleAs an HR Executive at MetaBull Universe, you will play an important role not only in HR operations but also in managing teams and supporting project execution. Your Role in Team Management Support the manager in handling multiple teams across various departments. Ensure proper task distribution and follow-up with team members. Help maintain a positive work environment and resolve internal issues quickly. Your Role in Project Management Maintain project timelines, task sheets, and performance trackers. Communicate project goals, deadlines, and updates to teams. Coordinate with marketing, sales, tech, design, and management for smooth delivery. Prepare project reports and share progress updates with senior management.
