Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools. Research market trends and competitor strategies to improve ad performance. Generate performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements. Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-converting ad creatives. Stay updated with the latest Google, Facebook, and industry trends to improve strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid platforms. Strong understanding of PPC bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting. Ability to manage multiple client campaigns efficiently. Knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, and local business ads is a plus.
