Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Support Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups. Maintain and update applicant databases. Onboarding & Documentation Support pre-onboarding documentation and employee induction. Prepare employee files and maintain accurate personnel records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. HR Operations Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll coordination. Help in drafting official letters (offer, confirmation, warning, etc.). Assist in tracking statutory compliance-related records. Employee Engagement Coordinate internal events, birthdays, and employee recognition activities. Assist in employee feedback surveys and basic training sessions. Contribute ideas for creating a positive workplace culture.

Stay updated on industry developments, trading tools, and analytical methodologies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Strong knowledge of technical analysis, charting, and trading strategies. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), and familiarity with Python/R (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of algorithmic trading concepts and backtesting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Ability to work independently and deliver actionable insights under tight deadlines.
