Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle Malayalam-speaking clients, explain our advisory products, and ensure high conversion rates.
Guide the team on effective client communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with the Research and Operations team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and motivational sessions for the sales team.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management review.

Requirements

Language:
Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory), English or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Experience:
3+ years in Business Development / Sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role (preferably in stock market advisory, broking, or financial services).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Sound understanding of the stock market and investment advisory services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and strategic thinker.
