As we expand, we're building a strong internal team to support our people and processes, and we're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to join us on this exciting journey. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Support Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups. Maintain and update applicant databases. Onboarding & Documentation Support pre-onboarding documentation and employee induction. Prepare employee files and maintain accurate personnel records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. HR Operations Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll coordination. Help in drafting official letters (offer, confirmation, warning, etc.). Assist in tracking statutory compliance-related records. Employee Engagement Coordinate internal events, birthdays, and employee recognition activities. Assist in employee feedback surveys and basic training sessions. Contribute ideas for creating a positive workplace culture.
