Job Description

HR Executive – Night Shift (Admin Tasks)About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR fresher/junior executive to join our team in the night shift. The role is primarily focused on administrative HR tasks and will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
Handle documentation, attendance, and HR compliance tasks.
Support in preparing reports and maintaining HR-related files.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR and administrative operations.
Manage day-to-day HR admin tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Education: BBA Graduate (HR specialization preferred).
Experience: 8 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Admin (freshers with internship experience can also apply).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work in Night Shift.
