Primary Title: Human Resources Executive About The Opportunity A fast-growing company in the enterprise technology sector building cloud-native SaaS products and digital workplace solutions. We serve distributed teams and global customers, and are hiring a remote HR professional to scale talent operations across India. Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and close offers for technical and non-technical roles. Administer onboarding and offboarding processes including offer documentation, joining formalities, induction scheduling, and exit clearance. Operate HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate employee records, benefits administration, and timely payroll coordination with vendors. Ensure statutory compliance for India (PF, ESIC, labour regulations) and maintain up-to-date HR documentation and audit readiness. Prepare HR metrics and weekly/monthly reports (hiring funnel, attrition, headcount) to support people leadership and business stakeholders. Support employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and performance appraisal administration. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills HRIS (Zoho People) Payroll software (GreytHR) Applicant Tracking System Microsoft Excel Labour law compliance Onboarding and offboarding Preferred Skills HR analytics and reporting Performance management systems Employee engagement platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent. 2+ years of hands-on HR operations experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and payroll in India. Comfortable working remotely across time zones and communicating with distributed teams.
