Web Designer – Figma

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Web Designer with hands-on experience in Figma, HTML, and CSS . As a key member of our design and development team, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into modern, responsive, and engaging designs — from wireframes to full websites , including production-ready front-end code . Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality mockups, UI components, and page layouts using Figma Create clean, responsive web interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3 Collaborate with developers and clients to convert design concepts into functional interfaces Work on cross-platform UI/UX optimization and responsive design Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms Conduct UX research and testing to improve user journeys Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping) Proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , and basic JavaScript Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles Experience designing and implementing modern web layouts Basic knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: Knowledge of any front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.) Experience working with developers or in agile environments Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
