Key Responsibilities : Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies. Warehouse Operations: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, supervise loading/unloading, and manage storage areas. Team Supervision: Lead and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics partners, track shipments, and address any issues. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and maintain a secure work environment. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities, and performance metrics. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
