Maintenance Fitter

Key Responsibilities: 1) Performing routine maintenance

: This includes inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of worn-out parts. 2) Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults: Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions. 3) Repairing equipment: Utilizing technical skills and knowledge to fix equipment and bring it back to operational status. 4) Implementing preventative maintenance programs: Developing and executing schedules for routine maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns and downtime. 5) Overseeing and managing maintenance projects: Planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and installations. 6) Maintaining accurate records: Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. 7) Collaborating with other teams: Working with engineers, technicians, and production staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. 8) Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices: Keeping abreast of new technologies, equipment, and maintenance procedures. 9) Ensuring compliance with safety regulations: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and equipment.

Required Skills:

• Technical skills: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

Education - Diploma Mechanical/ITI fitter

Experience - 2-3 years of proper maintenance Experience needed.

(cashew industry maintenance Experience preferable)
