Maintenance Fitter

Job Summary
We are leading springs manufacturing company in Thane Wagle Estate.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

1) Die development for press tools by using SS hard material.

2) Grinding / turning, Die repairing, breakdown & preventive Maintenance work

3) He will able to work in all plant, finding & Fixing the fault's in the machine,.

4) Responding to emergency breakdown maintenance, replacing worn parts & re-setting instrument controls.

5) Installing pipework , valves , pumps & motors, carrying out planned maintenance checks.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications-

1) Require experience of 2-3 years , education qualification should be ITI

2) Experience in power press , drilling , lathe, surface grinding, material handling equipment, compressors, diesel generator

3) Can be operate drilling machine, surface grinding machine, hand grinder, hand drilling machine & other power tools

4) Knowledge of tools which are using during machine maintenance, knowledge of drilling & tapping,

5) To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device, habit to wearing PPE's

6) The ability to work well with others, should be ready to stay in company during future lockdown

7) Residing Near by Bhiwandi/Thane.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ITI (Fitter) (Preferred)
