Role Overview

As a Content & Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, juggling diverse projects, designing engaging training content, and ensuring seamless execution. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences that drive transformation across teams and individuals.


Key Responsibilities

1.Content Development & Design

  • Create high-impact training materials, e-learning modules, and engaging resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative learning solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth program rollouts.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, budgets, and tracking tools.
  • Optimize processes for improved efficiency and scalability.

3. Innovation in L&D

  • Experiment with modern learning tools, platforms, and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on trends in learning technologies and recommend best-fit solutions.

4. Facilitation (Good to have)

  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and post-training feedback sessions.
  • Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F Skills and


Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations, or similar roles.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  Strong project management and organizational skills.
  3. Proficiency in designing training content (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, e-learning tools).  Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take on varied challenges.
  4. Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of LMS platforms and tools (e.g., MindTickle, Asana).
