Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator in the EdTech sector to oversee the end-to-end delivery and training functions. This role is integral to ensuring that all procurement activities and service deliveries meet the required quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints while aligning with the organization’s goals. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, coordinating logistics and facilitating smooth service delivery to internal & external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ● Delivery & Operations Coordination: Manage end-to-end delivery of training programs. Oversee the logistics and delivery of educational materials, Trainer’s travel/stay booking, & other services to ensure timely and accurate distribution. ● Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between trainers, internal teams, and external clients & participants. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring that they meet quality, delivery, and service expectations. Coordinate with internal departments to understand and forecast the delivery needs for various training programs. ● Data & Reporting: Track trainer performance, learner feedback, participants results and course outcomes. Provide data-driven insights to improve trainer sourcing and solution delivery. ● Project Coordination: Lead the end-to-end solution delivery process, from initial scoping through to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction. ● Customer Support: Ensure seamless onboarding and post-deployment support for clients & participants, resolving issues quickly and proactively to maintain long-term customer relationships. ● Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service standards. Key Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). ● 1+ years of experience of Training Coordination, delivery execution, operation execution in an EdTech environment. ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. ● Strong project execution skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects on time. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. ● Proficient in MS teams & other meeting platforms, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) & task management tools.
