We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event & Client Success Manager to lead the
planning, execution, and management of global online events, and ensuring outstanding client
engagement.
This role involves end-to-end event ownership—from identifying and onboarding global leaders as
speakers to managing all pre-event and post-event activities. You will also be responsible for
fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the success of our customer engagement initiatives
worldwide.
• Plan, organize, and execute online events with global leaders and industry experts.
• Identify and reach out to potential event speakers/panelists.
• Manage end-to-end coordination with speakers, including scheduling, logistics, and briefing.
• Oversee pre-event preparations (content, agenda, speaker readiness) and ensure smooth
execution on the day of the event.
• Host or moderate events with professionalism and engaging presence.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups: gather feedback, prepare reports, and share insights for
improvement.
• Act as a bridge between clients, speakers, and internal teams to ensure seamless
collaboration.
• Support client engagement initiatives to build long-term, trusted relationships.
• Manage customer success activities, including follow-ups, satisfaction measurement, and
relationship-building at a global level.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize the reach and visibility of events.
• Track event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (experience with international/US/UK
audiences preferred).
• Ability to host and moderate professional online events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in event management and/or client success roles.
• Relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, and event management platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing/promotion for events is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience in event hosting, speaker management, or customer success/client
relationship roles.
• Global event coordination or working with international clients is highly desirable.
