The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive / Manager role in the Human Resources department at Coimbatore involves identifying learning needs, designing training programs, and executing initiatives to improve employee skills and organizational efficiency. This position focuses on ensuring continuous professional growth that aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis through performance assessments, skill gap evaluations, and stakeholder feedback. The role also entails designing, coordinating, and delivering training modules encompassing both technical and soft skills for all levels within the organization. Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), updating content, and monitoring user engagement are crucial tasks. Additionally, coordinating with external trainers, preparing training calendars and budgets, collecting feedback, evaluating training effectiveness, and fostering employee engagement through learning initiatives are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong facilitation and presentation abilities, proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems, knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methods, analytical thinking for measuring training impact, and effective organizational and time management skills. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field, along with at least 2-5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
