Designation – Learning And Development Specialist/Manager

Location – 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003

Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off)


About the Role

Learning & Development Specialist/Manager


Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end Learning & Development function for the company.
  • Conduct

    Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

    and

    Training Needs Identification (TNI)

    across teams.
  • Design, plan, and execute training calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Develop learning frameworks, competency models, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and drive measurable outcomes.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct in-house sessions on

    POSH, workplace ethics, communication, leadership, team collaboration, feedback culture

    , and other interpersonal skills.
  • Identify and onboard external trainers when required.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end coordination for both virtual and in-person trainings.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand team capability gaps.
  • Work with the CEO and senior leadership on new training initiatives and skill development programs.
  • Partner with managers to build role-based learning journeys and career development paths.

Process & Compliance

  • Build and maintain training documentation, compliance records, and training dashboards.
  • Ensure mandatory training compliance (POSH, onboarding modules, policy training, etc.).
  • Introduce new learning tools, platforms, and digital solutions to scale L&D.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant L&D experience

    in a fast-paced organization (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong background in TNA/TNI, content development, training facilitation, and end-to-end program management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results as the sole L&D owner.
  • Experience in delivering interpersonal skill training (POSH, ethics, leadership, communication, etc.).
  • Familiarity with modern L&D tools, digital learning platforms, assessments, and LMS tools (preferred).
