Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and develop training programs to address identified needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective onboarding experiences for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees.
  • Provide coaching support to managers on effective people management practices, including performance appraisal techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Training Need Analysis (TNA), and Training Delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
