We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer who can bring creativity, structure, and learning psychology together to design transformative workshops. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, content, and human behavior. Key Responsibilities Content & Program Design Design end-to-end learning modules, ensuring each workshop has a strong conceptual flow and engaging learning experience. Create facilitator support tools: PPT decks, activity briefs, and modular agendas. Develop participant materials like e-booklets and worksheets that explain core models, frameworks, and case studies. Creative Engagement Ideate and build learning games, simulations, and interactive exercises tailored to client contexts. Create digital content for learning reinforcement (e.g., WhatsApp nudges, summary visuals). Collaboration & Quality Work closely with facilitators and internal teams to ensure content aligns with session goals and delivery style. Review and revise content based on feedback, ensuring quality and consistency. Research & Innovation Stay updated with L&D trends, instructional design frameworks, and experiential learning methods to enhance program design. What You’ll Need 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or learning and development. Proficiency in tools like Canva and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning design. Excellent writing, organization, and visualization skills. A curious, detail-oriented, and creative mindset. Conduct research on diverse topics related to learning and development, training methodologies, and industry best practices to ensure our content is up-to-date and relevant. Provide administrative support for learning projects, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and documentation. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and data analysis. Hand-on experience in content creation Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Preferred candidate profile Graduate degree in any stream with a flair to work in fast paced start up. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, subject matter experts, and team members. 2-5 years in HR L&D domain is preferred (open to freshers) Ability to travel to client locations as required.
