Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative L&D Executive to join our Learning & Development team. The role will primarily focus on reviewing and enhancing HR & L&D courses, instructional design, assessment evaluation, and designing learner career pathways. This is a strategic and content-focused role with no operational or administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Review & Enhancement

  • Review HR and L&D learning content for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Suggest improvements in pedagogy, structure, and learner engagement methods.
  • Ensure content alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

2. Instructional Design

  • Design and develop engaging, learner-centric modules using modern instructional design principles.
  • Incorporate adult learning theories, blended learning, and digital learning strategies.
  • Create innovative learning journeys that maximize learner retention and application.

3. Assessment Evaluation & Improvement

  • Review assessments (quizzes, case studies, assignments, capstone projects) for validity, reliability, and fairness.
  • Recommend modifications to enhance the evaluation of learner competencies.
  • Ensure alignment of assessments with course objectives and career development outcomes.

4. Career Pathway Design

  • Map out career progression pathways for learners across HR and L&D domains.
  • Align learning interventions with skill frameworks, certification roadmaps, and industry requirements.
  • Develop personalized growth and learning tracks for different learner segments.

5. Quality & Innovation

  • Stay updated with latest L&D and HR trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Propose new ideas for learner engagement, gamification, and learning analytics.
  • Support content curation from global sources to strengthen learner experience.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in Instructional Design, L&D, or HR-focused content development.

• Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Model, etc.).

• Experience in course evaluation, assessments, and curriculum design. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess learning outcomes and recommend improvements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with a passion for shaping learner journeys and career development pathways.
