Responsibilities

Complete writing assignments within project specifications and deadlines

Market products and services through blog posts, e-books, SMM Posts and more

Increase website traffic by following SEO best practices and creating engaging content. Understand the content creation process and work with the SEO team to create optimized content

Write 12 - 15 long-form content pieces for the website every month

Pitch creative ideas for marketing

Requirements and skills

Proven 0.6 - 5 years of work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role

Basic knowhow of Edtech, SEO, and Digital Marketing

Portfolio of published articles

Experience doing research using multiple sources, statistics online journals, etc.

Creative and strategic thinking skills

Excellent writing and editing skills in English

Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

Ability to meet deadlines

Background in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field would prove beneficial
