About The Role

We are seeking a

Development Manager/Development Lead

to lead high-performing engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native applications. You will guide frontend, backend, and infrastructure teams using modern technologies while driving architecture, delivery excellence, and innovation across the platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
• Drive execution of product features and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Provide architectural oversight across UI, backend services, APIs, and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Ensure code quality, security, system reliability, and performance standards.
• Optimize engineering processes, CI/CD, and development workflows.
