Hiring for Lead Product Manager

At Procol, a Lead Product Manager isn’t just a strategist—they are owners of the product vision, driving cross-functional execution and delivering real impact to customers and business outcomes. This role is pivotal in defining and evolving our product roadmap, solving complex problems, and shipping features that users love.

We’re looking for a product leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, and deeply understands B2B SaaS. If you're passionate about building scalable products, leading high-impact initiatives, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams—this is the role for you.


What you will do:

  • Define & Drive Product Vision: Own the product roadmap and align it with company goals by deeply understanding customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Lead Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to bring features to life—on time, and with quality.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage with customers to identify pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into clear product requirements.
  • Prioritize Ruthlessly: Balance trade-offs between customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to make smart, scalable decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business, design, and tech teams—ensuring alignment and driving progress.
  • Measure & Improve: Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Be a Product Evangelist: Champion product thinking and drive adoption, internally and externally.


What would you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful products from concept to scale.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to translate insights into product strategy.
  • Proficiency in using data to inform decisions—comfortable with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ownership.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for solving meaningful problems at scale.
