Lead Product Manager

Role Overview: As a Lead Product Manager at the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the Global Compliance product line to ensure alignment with company objectives and market demands. Your key duties will involve: Key Responsibilities: - Developing a comprehensive product strategy and vision for the compliance products - Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond - Collaborating with design and engineering teams to create user-friendly compliance solutions - Establishing relationships with key customers to understand their compliance challenges - Incorporating customer feedback into product design and development - Utilizing data and analytics for informed decision-making and continuous improvements - Effectively communicating product plans and outcomes to relevant stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Legal, Computer Science, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred) - 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in compliance-related products - Experience in building cloud SaaS and data visualization products - Experience in developing software products for Indian and International customers - Deep understanding of global compliance regulations and industry standards - Experience in successfully launching software products from concept to market - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Proficiency in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Prior experience with compliance software, risk management, or related fields is a plus,
