Lead Product Manager

As a Lead Product Manager at UKG, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on - Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the product - Working with Product Managers to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities - Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with the product strategy - Providing backlog management, iteration planning, writing, and elaborating on user stories - Mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals - Keeping abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends - Providing functional demonstrations of products - Assisting in drafting and editing product-related documentation - Working with cross-functional teams in support of product launch Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3+ years in Product Management in the HCM/WFM domain - Bachelors Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies - Enterprise SaaS software solution experience - Commercial product management experience or similar - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders with strong organizational and analytical skills - Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented structures Join UKG, the largest U.S.-based private software company in the world, with a mission to inspire every organization to become a great place to work through award-winning HR technology built for all.
