You will be working as a Lead Product Manager for Cross-Company Platforms (B2C) at Times Internet in Noida. Your role will involve developing and scaling B2C products that interface across multiple business verticals within the company. This will include creating subscription and loyalty programs, user identity systems, and cross-sell/upsell platforms by integrating with various existing products. You will collaborate closely with business heads, engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to drive high-visibility products that connect apps, services, and data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build & Scale Membership Portal: Develop a TIL-wide user membership portal consolidating all services a user engages with across the ecosystem, including status tracking, subscription management, and upsell opportunities. - Subscription & Loyalty Programs: Define and manage cross-platform subscription models, rewards, and engagement mechanics across digital media, fintech, and B2C products. - Times Events Platform: Oversee the creation of a centralized Events Management Portal, integrating with various event systems across businesses. - Customer Data Platform (CDP): Work on aggregating user data to identify high-value users, analyze engagement patterns, and drive personalized recommendations, upsell strategies, and loyalty incentives. - AI & Data-Driven Product Development: Leverage AI-driven personalization, behavioral analytics, and automation to enhance user experience and conversion. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, marketing, data teams, and business heads to ensure seamless platform integrations. **Key Requirements:** - Around 8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C digital platforms or multi-stakeholder ecosystems. - Experience in subscription-based or loyalty-driven business models e.g., fintech, e-commerce, or digital media. - Proven ability to lead complex integrations across teams, platforms, and business units. - Strong understanding of user lifecycle, personalization, and data-driven product thinking. - Experience building or integrating AI-driven systems, using technologies like LLMs, recommendation engines, or personalization frameworks. - Comfortable managing both consumer-facing UI and backend platform products. - Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment skills. - Ability to work in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
