Role Overview: You will be joining Loopio as a Lead Product Manager, where you will play a crucial role in bringing the vision of making Response Management indispensable for every sales team to life for the largest, most complex enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional departments, understanding the needs of enterprise customers, and driving strong technical leadership and product strategy to create an industry-leading B2B software. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights about current and prospective enterprise customer needs in order to deliver the most value - Work closely with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for customers - Own your roadmap, ensuring strong alignment and excitement across the business and for customers - Actively engage with enterprise customers, deeply understanding their needs and aligning them with your roadmap - Define and own outcomes for your roadmap along with your pod leads, delivering meaningful and measurable success for the enterprise customer segment Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of shipping successful products in the Enterprise space. Experience in building platform capabilities is desired - 2+ years of experience working as a lead, principal, or platform product manager, ideally in an empowered product team model - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems and deliver value - Strong technical understanding and experience in software development, with the ability to discuss technical product details with engineers - Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines - Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels Note: Loopio is a global company with a supportive culture that offers a collaborative office environment and the flexibility of a virtual-first company.
