What you will do:

• Lead by Example:

  Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while guiding the team on technical decisions and best practices.

• Technical Ownership:

  Drive the design and implementation of core systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

• Mentor and Support:

  Coach and mentor engineers, helping them improve their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure Code Quality:

  Establish and enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Architect Solutions:

  Contribute to the design of scalable architectures and help in critical decision-making for technology choices.

• Drive Delivery:

  Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure on-time execution without compromising quality.

• Champion Engineering Culture:

  Promote best practices in testing, DevOps, and documentation to raise the overall bar of the team.

What you would bring to the table:

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong expertise in backend frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, Java) and frontend technologies (e.g., React, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of scalable architecture, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tools, and security best practices.
• Proven track record of mentoring and upskilling engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environment with a strong bias for execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
