Who We’re Looking For We're looking for a visionary CTO who’s ready to build from scratch, challenge conventional auto-tech paradigms, and drive a frontier product that unifies AI, energy systems, embedded software, and cloud-edge intelligence. What You’ll Do You’ll architect and build the JORO IQ software stack from zero to one, across AI-based energy optimization, vehicle intelligence, V2X communication, and more. You’ll lead all tech strategy, product architecture, and deep engineering efforts. You’ll build and grow a high-performance tech team with a bias toward innovation, speed, and excellence. You’ll integrate sensor fusion, SLAM, real-time energy switching, and predictive AI models. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder to drive product-market fit, OEM integrations, and technical partnerships. You’ll drive cloud-edge hybrid deployments, OTA updates, and platform scalability. You’ll help shape the tech culture: open, lean, ethical, and always curious. Must-Have Skills You have proven experience in AI, embedded systems, or automotive software. You understand system architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-edge design. You're hands-on with Python or C++, AI/ML frameworks, vehicle protocols like CAN or LIN, or robotic frameworks like ROS.
