Role description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution

Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions

Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

Influence and improve customer satisfaction

Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards)

Adherence to project schedule / timelines

Number of technical issues uncovered during the execution of the project

Number of defects in the code

Number of defects post delivery

Perform defect RCA and mitigation

Review the reusable documents created by the team

Execute and monitor release process

Design:

Contribute to creation of design (HLD

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a solid understanding of data visualization best practices. to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure & GCP) as well. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Connect Tableau to various data sources (snowflake, SQL, Excel, cloud databases, etc.). Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Maintain and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability. Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues related to dashboards or data accuracy. Document technical designs, processes, and dashboard usage guidelines. Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Provide end-user training and support for Tableau dashboards. Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on [AWS / Azure / GCP] Automate cloud infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Document cloud infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures
