  • Employee Benefits Administration
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, ensuring accurate communication and timely processing of elections and changes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits eligibility, coverage, claims, and policy interpretation.
  • Partner with benefits providers, brokers, and payroll to ensure accurate data flow and premium deductions.
  • Maintain and update employee benefits data in SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Audit benefits enrollment reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements (HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, etc.).
  • Support benefits reconciliations and assist with vendor billing and invoice review.

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including background checks, offer letter processing, new hire documentation, and orientation scheduling.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions to communicate company policies, culture, and benefits information.
  • Partner Facilities to ensure smooth setup of system access, tools, and workspace for new employees.
  • Track onboarding metrics (completion of forms, training, etc.) and follow up on pending items.
  • Support offboarding processes including exit documentation, system access removal, and final pay coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal procedures during onboarding/offboarding.

  • SuccessFactors (HRIS) Management
  • Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Run standard and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, benefits eligibility, etc.) for management and compliance needs.
  • Assist with system testing, upgrades, and integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll or benefits platforms.
  • Provide first-level user support to employees and HR team members for SuccessFactors-related inquiries.

  • Compliance and Process Improvement
  • Ensure HR and benefits processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience through system and process improvements.
  • Support HR projects related to system enhancements, process automation, and employee engagement initiatives.
