We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Lead Generation Specialist who has a deep understanding of selling IT services — not SaaS products or e-commerce tools. You must have proven experience in finding and converting service-based leads across global markets (India, US, UK, Middle East, etc.). If you know how to get discovery meetings booked with startups, SMEs, and decision-makers in need of custom software, mobile apps, DevOps, cloud, or AI services — we want you.

This is not a product selling job. If your past experience is only in product demo pitching, this role is not a fit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads specifically for IT services, not ready-made software
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, Upwork, AngelList, GoodFirms, and startup directories to find ideal clients
  • Build custom lead lists using tools like Clay, Instantly, Apollo.io, SalesQL, Hunter
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn DMs, cold emails, WhatsApp, and Upwork proposals
  • Book discovery/intro calls with potential clients (Startup Founders, CTOs, CMOs, Product Managers)
  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns tailored to services-based needs (MVP, scaling app, redesign, DevOps, cloud migration, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal tech team to write pre-sales documents and proposals
  • Maintain CRM entries and regularly follow-up with warm leads
  • Analyze conversion metrics and optimize campaigns for higher meeting rates
  • Coordinate with marketing team to sync content with lead campaigns



Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3–6 years of experience specifically generating leads for IT services or digital agencies
  • Clear understanding of service-based project lifecycles (Discovery → Scoping → Proposal → Closure)
  • Proven record of generating weekly discovery meetings with service-seeking clients
  • Strong grasp of custom software and service positioning (MVPs, web/mobile apps, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; able to write sharp, personalized messages
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Notion, Upwork, etc.
  • Comfortable running multi-channel outreach campaigns — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Upwork, cold calls
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem — able to spot early-stage companies with potential tech needs


Nice to Have

  • Past experience working with an IT services agency, consultancy, or tech studio
  • Knows how to qualify leads (budget, authority, need, timeline)
  • Has a network of tech founders or is active in startup events
  • Experience with building automated cold email workflows
