This role is perfect for someone who is driven, ambitious, and passionate about B2B sales in the IT services industry. As a Customer Acquisition Associate, you will identify and reach out to potential clients , generate qualified leads, and support the Business Development team in converting these leads into paying customers. You will play a key role in growing ZipNom’s client base across global markets. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises) who require IT services. Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and professional networks etc. Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team. Prepare and send introductory emails, proposals, and follow-ups to prospects. Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and prospect data. Meet monthly lead-generation and acquisition targets. Who Should Apply? You enjoy interacting with clients and building relationships. You are comfortable achieving sales targets and KPIs. You have basic knowledge of IT services like websites, apps, SaaS, or cloud. You are good at research, communication, and follow-ups. Do NOT apply if: ❌You want a backend, non-sales, or support role. ❌You are not comfortable with client outreach and pitching. ❌You cannot commit to working on sales targets. Requirements Graduate in any stream ( MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales is a plus ). 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition (IT/SaaS preferred). Excellent English communication (spoken + written). Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email tools, and lead-gen platforms. Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets.
